My Ideal Person:
I am looking for somebody (or somebodies) who wants to and can afford to keep me as a 24/7 slave for at least 10 years.

These are some of the services I provide:

Housekeeping, including, but not limited to, cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping and laundry. Care of the members of the household, permanent or temporary, including animals. Light maintenance activities in and around the home and garden. Sexual services for anyone designated by the owner. In principle I am available 24/7, with one free night per week from 6 to 10 PM, and one free Sunday a month from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Clothing, room and board and medical insurance to be provided by the owner.

I am looking for a long term commitment, therefore the minimum contract length is 10 years. The owner will have to pay up front for a breast augmentation surgery and laser body hair removal. I will be committed to the owner for the full 10 year term in return. If I choose to end the contract before this term has expired, I will be required to refund the costs for the surgery and hair removal pro rata for the remaining term of the contract. In addition to the costs up front, I will be paid the federal minimum wage per hour for 40 hours per week minus 50% for room and board. The money can be used by me as I see fit, to cover expenses such as cigarettes and alcohol.

I can be rented out to third parties for household activities and administrative work, for a maximum of 50 hours a week. Also I can be rented out for sexual activities, however the owner is responsible for my safety in this line of work.

As far as housing goes, I should be entitled to a space of at least 10 feet by 10 feet where the temperature can be kept between 60 and 80 degrees, with a mattress for sleeping. I should be allowed to smoke in this area. The room can be anything from an oversized closet to a garden shed, as long as the minimum requirements are met.
I should have access to enough food of suitable quality to keep me healthy.

I will be obedient to the owner in every way, as long as my safety is not compromised. I will be punished if disobedient or if I break any rules. Punishment can be in any form, as long as no permanent physical damage is inflicted.

The location can be anywhere in the world. However travel costs for interviews and for relocation are for account of the (prospective) owner.

I will not be tattood unless I consent to it, with the exception of one tattoo bearing the mark of the owner, with a maximum size of 2 inch by two inch, on either one of the breasts or on one of the bottom cheeks.
Piercings are only to be administered on the normal places, that is ears, nose, tongue, nipples, belly button and genitals.

Ownership can be transferred or sold, and can be inherited, but all the original conditions remain in force with the new owner.

Legal costs for the contract will be for account of the owner.

I am prepared to undergo full transgender operation if the owner would wish so, but all costs above the breast augmentation and hair removal are to be paid for by the owner, and will not be recovered in case of a contract termination.

This offer is open to men, women, couples or groups.

This will require some investment on your side, but you will never have to hire a housekeeper, nanny, gardener or handy man any more. And you will be able to recover most if not all the costs by renting my services to others.
